Clemmons Village Dental is Clemmons North Carolina’s first choice for cosmetic and family dentistry. We’ve been proudly serving our community since 1996.
Dr. Patrick Miller, our full time dentist at Clemmons Village Smiles, grew up in Wilkes County, NC, inspired by his family’s commitment to serving the community. His father, a veterinarian, and his mother, a school psychologist, instilled in him a passion for helping others. Dr. Miller earned his Civil Engineering degree summa cum laude from North Carolina State University, then returned to the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where he obtained his Doctorate of Dental Surgery in 2011.
With a strong commitment to excellence, Dr. Miller is an active member of the Academy of General Dentistry and the Gordon Christensen International Study Club. He has also completed advanced training through Dr. Arun Garg’s Implant Continuum, ensuring that his patients receive the highest standard of dental care.
Dr. Miller and his wife, Stephanie, have two sons, Graham and Wyatt, and they enjoy a family-oriented lifestyle filled with activities and sports. Dr. Miller is proud to serve patients in the Clemmons community and looks forward to welcoming you to Clemmons Village Smiles, where exceptional dental care and patient experience remain our priority!
Originally from Pittsburgh, PA, Dr. Matt moved to Clemmons at age 10 and grew up in the Clemmons West neighborhood. He now lives in Winston-Salem with his wife, Emily, their newborn son, Oliver, and their beloved goldendoodle, Luna. With deep roots in the local community, Dr. Matt graduated from West Forsyth High School, continued his studies at NC State, and earned his dental degree from ECU in 2018.
He purchased Clemmons Village Smiles after graduation and spent six years providing patient-centered care before transitioning into a management role. Today, he partners with Dr. Patrick Miller, who leads full-time patient care, while Dr. Matt remains actively involved behind the scenes to ensure every visit exceeds expectations.
Family is central to Dr. Matt’s life. With his parents nearby in Clemmons, Sunday porch dinners are a cherished tradition. Now, with baby Oliver in the mix and Luna proudly taking on the role of big sister, life has never been fuller.
Outside of the dental world, Dr. Matt enjoys cooking, traveling, golfing, reading, and spending time with loved ones. And as a proud Pittsburgh Steelers fan, he’s easy to spot on game days—just don’t hold it against him! Whether you see him in the office or around town, Dr. Matt is committed to building a dental experience that feels like family.

Outside of work, Cathy is a proud mom of three, and family time keeps her busy. She also enjoys the great outdoors, whether it’s relaxing at the beach, hiking in the mountains, or getting her hands dirty in the garden. Over the years, Cathy has built lasting relationships with her patients, who she considers an extension of her own family. She looks forward to welcoming you to our practice and helping you achieve a healthy, confident smile. ✨🦷

Kaylyn joined our team in February 2024, and she’s often the first welcoming smile you’ll see when you walk through our doors. In addition to greeting patients, you’ll also find her assisting chairside during dental appointments. Originally from Bulgaria, Trayana brings a rich blend of cultural insight and professional dedication to everything she does. She spent 11 years living in beautiful Maui, Hawaii, where she gained over five years of experience as an orthodontic assistant and successfully ran her own cleaning business for a decade.
In April 2024, Trayana and her family moved to Greensboro, NC, where she now supports the growth of her husband’s construction business while continuing to pursue her own passions.
Outside of work, Trayana enjoys weekend outings to local parks with her husband and son, road trips to explore new places, and traveling back to Europe to stay connected with her roots and loved ones.
Abbey joins us from Mahtomedi, Minnesota, bringing 1.5 years of dental assisting experience to North Carolina. Her passion for dentistry began early, inspired by her mom’s career as a dental assistant. After earning her Associate of Liberal Arts degree from Bemidji State University, Abbey returned to the St. Paul area and began working alongside her mom in pediatric dentistry.
She later moved to Hudson, Wisconsin, where she officially began her own dental assisting journey and has loved caring for patients ever since. Having once been dubbed “the worst dental patient” herself, Abbey understands how intimidating dental visits can be. That’s why her top priority is helping patients feel calm, comfortable, and at ease.
In April 2025, Abbey and her fiancé Ryan relocated to Lexington. Outside of the office, she enjoys spending time outdoors with their dog Ava, watching movies, building Lego sets, and getting lost in a good book.
Luna, the lovable black Goldendoodle, is more than just a dog — she’s an essential part of our dental office family! As our mascot, she warmly greets patients and offers comfort, making every visit a little brighter. Outside of the office, Luna is a spirited adventurer who loves chasing squirrels and rabbits. She’s also a nap queen and is rarely seen without a toy in tow—she’s never met one she didn’t love. Sweet, affectionate, and always up for a play, Luna is a cherished member of our team and a joy to everyone she meets!
